What about creation
Was in the mind of God
When He thought?
Why came forth the dawn
The never before beginning
Of the purpose that He sought?
Why with conquering might
When from nothing was made
The all that would become
Was banished the naught that was
With the proclamation
“LET THERE BE LIGHT!”
Thus beginning eternity’s cause…
Perhaps…
He was thinking of you.
